#253; Week No²

Last week I had the delight of being able to showcase my first week worth of photos from my very own Project 365, probably the only ambitious photography project (ambitious longevity-wise, at least) that I’ve ever attempted. This week has been up and down, and I’m actually noticing that the photos I choose to represent each day – over the course of a week – represent that.

I’m actually proud to say I’ve made it another whole week! Follow the jump for my second week of success — baby showers, days in bed, and more!

#248; Week No¹

No words can tell the stories my eyes can tell…

Mr Isaiah Photo of Flickr posted a link to Project 365 on Twitter a couple of weeks ago. In celebration of 2012 being a Leap Year, he’d decided to document the year in photos, like others have done before but he’d never tried. To be fully honest, I’m not one for long-term projects. I look at long-term projects as sluggish and prefer a midnight oil session to a year long journal. And yet, here I am, nearly two weeks into the new year and I haven’t missed a day yet. And so, I bring you my now weekly feature, my very own Project 365.

#247; Friday I’m in Love

It’s the first Friday of the new year (how much better does twenty-twelve sound compared to twenty-eleven, by the way?), and it’s been a hell of week to kick off the year, let me say. Between massive work projects on very tight deadlines, some amazing stuff coming up with the Greater Boston Young Dems, and a big family visit in two weeks – I’ve had my hands full. And so, to unwind and give myself the smallest break, I bring you Friday I’m in Love, because there’s always something lovely to focus on amidst the chaos.
